OPERATION PROCEDURE
Push the set-knob to load the cleaned shaft until the knob stops.
Melt the solder at the intended removal point.
Aim the nozzle at the melted solder and push the release button. This will suck up the solder.
Press the release button while pushing the set-knob without reloading the cylinder.
Push the set-knob and then pull the protector, releasing the loading mechanism.
CAUTION
Do not mechanically remove the nozzle.
Do not let solder fall into the nozzle to avoid short-circuit.
Do not use a damaged nozzle.
MAINTENANCE
Push the set-knob until it stops, then remove the nozzle.
Insert the nozzle tin into the cylinder holder, then press it toward the holder.
Grasp the cylinder and shaft holder, turn it counterclockwise, pull, and remove it.
Clean the piston and the inner cylinder with a brush, then oil them.
Carefully inspect and replace the nozzle if necessary, as the nozzle may be damaged if the solder is too hot.
